Are network fees included in the service fee?
No. The network fee (gas) is charged by the blockchain network itself to process transactions. This varies by coin (e.g., ETH gas fees vary, while XRP is negligible). NOWPayments charges a service fee on top of the transaction amount.
How are volume discounts calculated?
For our Enterprise clients processing over $50k/month, we create custom fee structures. As your volume increases, your percentage fee decreases. Contact sales for a bespoke quote.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes, but it's dynamic. The minimum withdrawal amount is calculated based on the network fees of the receiving currency to ensure your transaction doesn't get stuck or burn more in gas than the value sent.
Can I downgrade my plan?
